We purchase and manage multifamily apartment buildings nationwide for a high net worth Australian family (the Trust) as well as other outside investors. Those with a long-term view similar to the Trust receive preferred dividends and share in asset appreciation equally with the Sponsor.

Our capital is patient and long-term in nature. Investments are often 7-10 years or more and provide current returns between 8-10% and overall hold period returns of 16%-22% a year after factoring in asset appreciation.

Investments are property-by-property;investors can review the due diligence, visit the property and track all financial and operating statements with clear transparency.
